We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of a full range of neurological disorders including, but not limited to: epilepsy, stroke, headaches, neuropathies, and other neuromuscular disorders.

While your insurance plan may not require a referral, we require a referral so that we can better provide longitudinal care and ensure that your care team includes a primary care provider who can manage other conditions that may not be neurological.

Sage Neuroscience Specialists accepts most major commercial insurance plans, Medicare Fee For Service,  and Medicare Managed Care plans. Please see list of insurance plans under Payment Options. At this time, we do not accept Medicaid.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
